Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://wearoakwell.com and purchases made from Oakwell. By visiting the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you use the store on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Products and store information

We try to present product descriptions, images, colors, availability, prices, and other information accurately.

Garment-dyed products can have natural variations in shade and finish. Screens, photography, and lighting can also affect how colors appear. These variations are not necessarily defects.

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time, subject to applicable law.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or fulfilled.

We may reject or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, address problems, or quantity limits.

If payment has been captured for an order that Oakwell cancels, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Oakwell’s Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy describe production, delivery, order issues, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.

Because products may enter production quickly, order changes and cancellations are available only if production has not started. Contact support@wearoakwell.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Customer accounts

Customer accounts may be available but are not required to make a purchase.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under the account. Notify support@wearoakwell.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and gift cards may have additional terms disclosed with the offer.

Unless Oakwell states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used after their stated expiration date.

Intellectual property

The Oakwell store and its content, including names, marks, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, layout, and product designs, are owned by or licensed to Oakwell and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the store only for personal, noncommercial shopping and information purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, scrape, or create derivative works from store content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Interfere with the store’s security, operation, access controls, or other users.

Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.

Misrepresent your identity or payment authority.

Harvest personal information.

Use automated means to access the store in a way that burdens or circumvents it.

Infringe the rights of Oakwell or another person.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services. Oakwell does not control third-party websites, and their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not promise that the store will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakwell and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
